This is great news for TPS beneficiaries concerned about deportation.
TPS has allowed many people to remain in the United States and live their lives without fear. Up until this recent announcement, beneficiaries were facing the possibility of losing their benefits indefinitely as soon as they expired. The recent announcement about TPS renewal options will give beneficiaries the peace of mind knowing they can stay in the United States with temporary protected status.
